Honey is extracted from the best quality honey of the year. It is extracted
directly from high trees beehives without any heating process with every bottle
of honey contains flecks of 100% natural organic ingredient. Our Honey is
completely unrefined and unheated in order to keep the “crown jewels”
such as enzymes that are valuable to your health. Pesticides are not used as
the honey is obtained from the bees’ wild and natural habitat during the
flowering season. As a result, the taste, quality and benefits of the product
High-quality honey can be distinguished by fragrance, taste, and
consistency. Ripe, freshly collected, high-quality honey at 20 °C
(68 °F) should flow from a knife in a straight stream, without breaking
into separate drops. After falling down, the honey should form a bead. The
honey, when poured, should form small, temporary layers that disappear fairly
quickly, indicating high viscosity. If not, it indicates excessive water
content (over 20%) of the product. Honey with excessive water content is
not suitable for long-term preservation.
Knowing Pure Raw Honey
Layer Bubble Issue
Pure honey contains active enzymes,
protein and amino acids which produce these fine air bubbles, the foam formed
will disappear slowly once shaken very hard. However, the foam will naturally
come back after few hours in still mode.
For fake honey the bubbles disappear
quickly once shaken very hard. The foam will never be back again after that.
honey go bad?
Honey does not go bad. In fact, it’s recognized as
the only food that doesn’t spoil. It will, however, crystallize (becoming thick
and cloudy) over time. If this happens, just remove the lid from the jar, place
it in a pan of water, and warm it over low heat until the honey returns to its original
is the color of pure honey?
Honey color ranges from nearly colorless
to dark brown, and its
flavor varies from delectably mild to distinctively bold, depending on where
the honey bees buzzed. As a general rule, light-colored honey is milder in
taste and dark-colored
honey is stronger. Many fake honeys mixed with strawberry colouring to achieve
this state. You can tell by using the light test.

- Why does honey explode?
These explosions are
caused by the fermenting honey.
(High level of live enzymes)High storage temperature (e.g. honey jars left in the car under
the sun) could have accelerated the fermentation and build-up of carbon dioxide
pressure in the bottle. A high moisture level in the honey could also be a factor.
