Anda dapat menerima pemberitahuan kami tentang promosi terbaru dengan menginstal aplikasi seluler kami dan mengaktifkan tombol pemberitahuan di pengaturan seluler Anda.

2. Bagaimana cara mengubah preferensi bahasa web atau aplikasi saya?

Situs web: klik bilah opsi bahasa di kanan atas> pilih bahasa yang Anda inginkan dan bahasa akan secara otomatis diubah sesuai dengan preferensi Anda.
Aplikasi seluler: Pilih akun saya> pilih “pengaturan”> pilih opsi bahasa> pilih opsi bahasa yang Anda inginkan> klik tombol “terapkan” dan bahasa akan secara otomatis diubah sesuai dengan preferensi Anda.

3. Bagaimana cara menambahkan/mengedit detail pembayaran saya?

Masuk ke akun Anda> pilih opsi "Akun saya"> Buka opsi "Kelola akun saya"> pilih "Opsi pembayaran saya">Klik tambahkan/edit metode pembayaran> Pilih "tambah kartu kredit" atau "tambahkan detail rekening bank"> isi detail yang diperlukan dan klik "simpan"

4. Bagaimana cara menulis umpan balik untuk barang yang dibeli?

Opsi 1 (metode manual): Buka “Akun Saya”> Klik “Riwayat pembelian”>Klik pada opsi item yang dibeli> Klik pada “Kirim umpan balik/Ulasan”> Tambahkan ulasan/umpan balik atau penilaian Anda pada barang atau layanan yang dibeli .

Opsi 2 (ketika Anda menerima pemberitahuan push): Klik dan buka pemberitahuan> Klik pada “Kirim umpan balik/Ulasan”> Tambahkan ulasan/umpan balik atau peringkat Anda pada barang atau layanan yang dibeli.

5. Bagaimana saya bisa memberikan umpan balik dan penilaian saya di enche?

Option 1(Ratings through Google Play Store or Apple App Store): Go to search tab> search for “enche”> choose our app by clicking on the logo> Rate at “Tap to rate” or leave your comment at “write a review”

6. How to login or sign up to enche?

Login: Go to enche platform > click on “login” > key in your ID and Password > click “Submit” button.
Sign up: Go to enche platform > click on “Sign Up” > key in your details (name, telephone, email address) > click on “Submit”

7. How to reset my password?

Buka pengaturan > Akun Saya > Klik “Reset Kata Sandi” > Masukkan Kata Sandi Lama > Masukkan Kata Sandi Baru > Masukkan Konfirmasi Kata Sandi Baru

8. What are the available payment methods in enche?

For normal consumer we provide Online Banking, Credit or Debit Card, Offline Payment at any 7-eleven and using e-wallet payment channel.
For business consumer, we provide Online Business Banking and Credit Card or Debit Card.

 

MERCHANT (B2B and B2C)

1. How to edit my profile? (Email and address)

Mobile app and website: Login to your account > go to “Settings” > Select “My Account” > Select “Edit” >fill in required details and click “Save”

2. How to sign up or login to enche?

Sing up: Go to www.enche.com/merchant > click on “Sign Up” > fill in required details > upload image SSM registration form > read and click accept on pop up of “Term and Conditions” > click submit

Login: Go to enche platform > click on “login” > key in your ID and Password > click “Submit” button.

3. What is the product’s packaging standard and requirements?

Merchants are advised to prepare and pack the parcel AS SAFELY AS possible in order to minimize any risk of item being damage during delivery process. Based on your products, you may use the following packaging material that suits your products.

6. Dapatkah saya mengubah nama pengguna/nama toko saya?

Anda hanya dapat mengubah nama toko Anda sekali, tetapi jika Anda diminta untuk mengubah untuk kedua kalinya, Anda dapat mengirim email kepada kami di merchandise@enche.com untuk meminta perubahan (tergantung persetujuan).

7. Apakah pendaftaran menjadi merchant dikenakan biaya?

Tidak ada biaya pendaftaran yang diperlukan dari pedagang.

8. Berapa lama jangka waktu merchant menerima pembayaran dari enche setelah barang diterima pembeli?

Merchant akan menerima pembayaran dari enche berdasarkan permintaan. Merchant harus mengajukan permintaan melalui dashboard merchant. Penarikan minimum adalah RM100 dan akan memakan waktu maksimal 3 hari kerja. Pembayaran akan ditransaksikan melalui transfer bank online (untuk merchant B2C dan B2B)

9. Berapa lama proses pendaftaran sebagai merchant?

Ini akan memakan waktu sekitar SATU atau DUA hari kerja agar pendaftaran pedagang disetujui.

1. What is encheprenuer?

enchepreneur is divided into two categories, which are online and offline. You may register for both categories through a single application process.

2. What are the roles for enchepreneur (online and offline)?

Online: you may share the referral links or codes of our campaign, and earn commission for every successful transaction made through the referral link.
Offline: Buy products through our consumer marketplace (B2C) platform with discounted price by using your enchepreneur ID, and start selling the products offline to generate your own income.

3. How to get my referral link or code?

You can get your referral link or code on encheprenuer dashboard once your sign up process as enchepreneur is successful.

4. How can my friend use my referral link or code?

Referral code: Upon check out process, your friend can key in your referral code before proceeding to payment process.
Referral link: your friend can click on the link which later will be redirected to our portal, and they can enjoy the promotion upon check out process.

5. How to sign up or login as enchepreneur?

Login: Go to enche platform > click on “enchepreneur”> click on “login” > key in your enchepreneur ID and Password > click “Submit” button.
Sign up: Go to enche platform > click on “enchepreneur> click on “Sign Up as enchepreneur” > key in your details (name, telephone, email address, bank details) > click on “Submit”

Commission: Go to encheprenuer dashboard > My Sales > click on “Withdrawal”> key in your bank detail > click “Submit”
Loyalty points: click on “redeem my loyalty points” before proceeding to check out process.
